Place your lens on the needs of freelance client, JOMO Travel Co.  While pursuing a job aid to enable travel agency staff to more easily describe and recall options for a niche market, brainstorming and multiple iterations led to the development of a learner experience that staff can access at their fingertips to support in-depth discussions with clients. And at the same time, the staff enjoys the advantages of sending the interaction to clients for private viewing and decision-making, while the agency can choose to publish the interaction with niche advertising campaigns.
